A Little of TST
History
TST,
Inc. has been in the Ecommerce business since 1994 when we launched a
"Catalog-on-a-Disk" project that had an automated order entry system using
a BBS server to collect the orders. At that time, the
forerunner of TST was "King of the Hill Fly Fishing" and the electronic
catalog on a disk had about 5000 products. In 1995 we converted the
catalog on a disk to a Web page... no automated order enter and no SSL
security... SSL was just being invented by Rosen, Elgamal, and
Auerbach et al. SSL patents were issued in 1996 and 1997, our
patent followed. We filed May 16,
1996 and was issued in December of 1998. TST, Inc was launched
in February of 1996.

TST
was also a leader in the Application Service Provider (ASP) market with
the creation and implementation of
QuickCart, a remotely hosted shopping cart system.
QuickCart was first implement in September of 1997 and has gone through
many iterations since.
